Tropic haircare // review

I love Tropic for their skincare, and their make up, and their ethos - and when I saw they had released a new haircare range I was so excited to try it. The whole range is made with biodegradable ingredients and they don't contain anything nasty, so even though they're a bit pricier than other haircare ranges, it's worth it!

The nourishing hair cleanser* (£18) is packed with jojoba oil, peppermint oil, macadamia oil and arginine amino acid - which comes from seaweed - and despite all that oil it didn't leave my hair feeling greasy at all. It doesn't foam up because it's technically not a shampoo, and that was strange for me but something I can get past easily. It smells amazing and you don't really need to follow it with a conditioner, because it does the job itself as well as cleansing your hair. You can use it alongside the scalp massager* (£8) to work it in and really stimulate the roots, which promotes healthy hair growth.

The hair feast* (£18) smells like coconut, which makes sense as it's scented with all sorts of natural blends such as blood orange, vanilla, and of course the aforementioned coconut. It also contains murumuru butter, tamanu and jojoba oils, and keratin - all of which are guaranteed to make your hair feels amazing. You can use this as a daily conditioner but also as an intense mask, if you leave it on for a bit longer. Love love love.

Huge thanks to Tropic for sending me these products to try! I love them - my hair is in really great condition at the minute, and it's definitely thanks to these. If you guys have tried any of the new range yet, let me know what you think of it.
